Open the Phone app
Tap Voicemail
If prompted, set up voicemail by following the on-screen instructions
Tap a voicemail message to play it
Tap the speaker icon to use speakerphone
Tap the delete icon to remove a voicemail
Tap the share icon to save or send a voicemail
To access visual voicemail, make sure your carrier supports it and you have cellular service
To retrieve voicemail from another phone, call your own number or press and hold 1 on the dial pad
Enter your voicemail password if prompted
Follow the voice prompts to listen to your messages
