Open the Orders page
Find the gift order you want to return
Select Return or Replace Items
Choose the reason for the return
Follow the prompts to get a return label or QR code
Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
Drop off the package at the specified carrier location or schedule a pickup if available
Wait for the refund or replacement to be processed
If the gift was purchased by someone else, the refund may go to the original purchaser or be issued as an Amazon gift card, depending on the item and return method
