Find a horse in the Plains or Savanna biome
Hold an empty hand
Right-click the horse to mount it
Keep mounting until hearts appear
Open your inventory while riding
Place a saddle on the horse
Use W, A, S, D to control the horse
Press Space to make the horse jump
Dismount with Left Shift
Use horse armor if you want extra protection
