How To Roast Pumpkin?

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)

Wash the pumpkin

Cut the pumpkin in half

Scoop out the seeds and stringy pulp

Cut the pumpkin into wedges or chunks

Peel the pumpkin if desired

Place the pieces on a baking sheet

Drizzle with oil

Add salt if desired

Toss to coat evenly

Spread in a single layer

Roast for 25 to 40 minutes

Flip halfway through

Roast until tender and lightly browned

Remove from the oven

Let cool slightly before serving
