Open Control Center
Turn off Portrait Orientation Lock if it is enabled
Rotate your iPhone to landscape or portrait
Make sure the app supports screen rotation
If the screen still does not rotate, restart the iPhone
Check that Display Zoom is not affecting rotation
Update iOS if the issue continues
