Right-click the app or file
Select Run as administrator
Click Yes if prompted by User Account Control
Search for the app in the Start menu
Right-click the app result
Select Run as administrator
Press Windows key + X
Select Terminal (Admin) or Windows PowerShell (Admin)
Click Yes if prompted by User Account Control
Open Task Manager
Click File
Select Run new task
Check Create this task with administrative privileges
Enter the program name
Click OK
Right-click a shortcut
Select Properties
Open the Shortcut tab
Click Advanced
Check Run as administrator
Click OK
Click Apply
Open Command Prompt as administrator
Type the command
Press Enter
