Open the web page in your browser
Press Ctrl+P on Windows or Command+P on Mac
Select Save to PDF or Microsoft Print to PDF
Choose the destination folder
Adjust settings if needed, such as pages, layout, or margins
Click Save or Print
Enter a file name
Click Save again
