Open Instagram and go to your story
Tap the three dots or More option
Select Save or Save Video if available
If the story has music, use Instagram’s built-in download option when available
If download is not available, save the story to your device before adding music
Use your phone’s screen recording feature to record the story with music
Make sure the device volume is on while screen recording
Trim the recorded video if needed
Save the final video to your gallery or camera roll
Use a third-party editor to add music back if the saved file loses audio
Check copyright and sharing restrictions before reposting
