Open Instagram and find the video you want to save
Tap the share icon or three-dot menu on the post
If available, select Save or Add to collection to bookmark it in Instagram
To save it to your device, use Instagram’s Download option if the creator has enabled it
If there is no download option, copy the video link
Use a trusted video downloader tool or app that supports Instagram links
Paste the link into the downloader and follow its instructions
Download the video to your phone or computer
Make sure you have permission to save or reuse the video
