Hold the phone steady until a notification appears
Tap the notification or link that appears
If nothing happens, open your phone’s QR scanner in the Camera app or Control Center
On Android, use Google Lens or the built-in QR scanner if available
On iPhone, use the Camera app or the Code Scanner in Control Center
Make sure the QR code is well lit and fully visible
Clean your camera lens if the code is not being recognized
