Open Instagram and make sure your account is a Creator or Business account
Create your post as usual
Tap Next
Go to Advanced settings
Turn on Schedule this post
Choose the date and time
Tap Done
Tap Share to schedule the post
To view scheduled posts, go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Select Scheduled content
Edit, reschedule, or delete the post if needed
