How to Screen Record a Video on Mac?

Step 1

Open the video you want to record on your Mac

Step 2

Press Shift + Command + 5

Step 3

Select Record Entire Screen or Record Selected Portion

Step 4

Click Options to choose a save location if needed

Step 5

Click Record

Step 6

Play the video

Step 7

Click the Stop button in the menu bar when finished

Step 8

Find the saved recording in the chosen location or desktop
