Insert a blank CD into your Mac’s optical drive or an external CD burner
Open Finder
Select the files or folders you want to burn
Drag the selected items into a new folder on your desktop or into a burn folder
Right-click the burn folder and choose Burn to Disc
Choose the disc name and burn speed if prompted
Click Burn
Wait for the burn process to finish
Eject the CD when the process is complete
