Press Command + Option + Escape to open Force Quit Applications
Press Control + Command + Power button to restart or shut down
Press Control + Option + Command + Power button to force restart
Press Control + Command + Q to lock the screen
Use the Apple menu and select Force Quit or Restart if needed
