Press Windows + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool (screen snip), then select an area
Use the Snipping Tool app: Start menu → search “Snipping Tool” → New → select the area
Use the Snip & Sketch app: Start menu → search “Snip & Sketch” → New snip → save
On some models, use Fn + PrtSc if PrtSc alone does not work
