How To Screen Shot A Dell Laptop?

Step 1

Press PrtScn to copy the entire screen to the clipboard

Step 2

Press Windows key + PrtScn to save the entire screen to Pictures > Screenshots

Step 3

Press Alt + PrtScn to copy the active window to the clipboard

Step 4

Press Windows key + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool and select a screen area

Step 5

Open Paint or another app and paste with Ctrl + V if the screenshot is copied to the clipboard

Step 6

Use the Snipping Tool app from the Start menu for more screenshot options
