Open Instagram and go to your profile
Tap the post you shared
Tap View insights (or Insights)
Check the Reach section for overall distribution
Check the Content interactions section for saves, likes, comments, and shares
Tap Shares to see share breakdown details (if available)
If you shared it to Instagram Stories, open the Story and tap Viewers to see people who interacted
If you shared it via Direct Message, open the post’s share details (if shown) or check your Direct Messages for recipients
Note: Instagram typically does not show a complete list of every person who shared your post publicly
