Tap and hold the microphone icon next to the text field
Speak your message while holding the button
Release to send the voice message
Swipe up while holding to lock recording for hands-free recording
Tap the stop button if available, then tap send
To listen before sending, tap the play button if shown
To delete a recording before sending, tap the X or delete option if shown
