Open the app you want to use
Go to Settings
Tap Apps or Applications
Tap Default apps or Choose default apps
Tap Phone or Dialer
Select the phone app you want to set as default
If prompted, confirm the selection
If no default option appears, open a phone number and choose the app, then tap Always
