How To Set Up Auto Reply In Outlook?

Open Outlook

Click File

Select Automatic Replies

Choose Send automatic replies

Set the time range if needed

Enter your auto-reply message

Set separate messages for inside and outside your organization if desired

Click OK to save

For Outlook on the web, click Settings

Select Mail

Choose Automatic replies

Turn on Automatic replies

Enter your message

Set the start and end time if needed

Click Save
