Place a bell in the area you want to use
Put a redstone comparator facing away from the bell
Connect the comparator output to redstone dust
Add a redstone repeater in the line if you need to extend or delay the signal
Trigger the bell by ringing it with a player, villager interaction, or redstone-powered setup
Use the comparator signal from the bell to activate the repeater and any connected redstone devices
Adjust repeater delay by right-clicking the repeater
Test the setup and make sure the signal reaches your intended redstone components
