Open the Settings app
Tap Phone
Tap Call Forwarding
Turn on Call Forwarding
Enter the phone number you want calls forwarded to
Go back to save the setting
Check for the call forwarding icon in the status bar
To turn it off, return to Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding and switch it off
