Open Chrome
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Click On startup in the left menu
Select Open a specific page or set of pages
Click Add a new page
Enter https://www.google.com
Click Add
To make Google the Home button page, click Appearance in Settings
Turn on Show home button
Select Enter custom web address
Enter https://www.google.com
Close Settings
Open a new tab or click the Home button to use Google
