Turn the fabric inside out
Trim any loose threads around the hole
Thread a needle with matching thread
Tie a knot at the end of the thread
Bring the needle up from the inside of the fabric near the hole
Use small stitches to sew across the gap
Keep stitches close together for a secure repair
Pull the thread snug after each stitch
Continue until the hole is fully closed
Make a few extra stitches to reinforce the area
Tie off the thread on the inside
Trim the excess thread
Turn the fabric right side out
Press the repaired area if needed
