Open the Contacts app or Phone app
Tap the contact you want to share
Scroll down and tap Share Contact
Choose how you want to share it
Select Messages, Mail, AirDrop, or another app
Enter the recipient if needed
Tap Send or Share
To share multiple contacts, use a third-party app or export contacts from iCloud
To share a contact from Messages, open the conversation
Tap the contact name at the top
Tap Info
Tap Share Contact
Choose a sharing method
To share your own contact card, open Contacts
Tap My Card
Tap Share Contact
Choose a sharing method
To share contacts with AirDrop, make sure AirDrop is enabled on both devices
Keep both devices nearby
Select AirDrop when sharing
Tap the receiving device name
Accept the transfer on the other iPhone
