How To Share Google Calendar?

Open Google Calendar

Sign in to your Google account

On the left, find the calendar you want to share

Hover over the calendar name

Click the three dots next to the calendar

Select Settings and sharing

Under Share with specific people, click Add people and groups

Enter the email address of the person you want to share with

Choose the permission level

Click Send

To make a calendar public, go to Access permissions for events

Enable Make available to public

Choose the public sharing settings

To share a calendar in Google Workspace, use your organization’s sharing settings if needed

To stop sharing, remove the person or change their permission level
