Open Zoom and join or start a meeting
Click the Share Screen button in the meeting toolbar
Select the screen, window, or app you want to share
Choose Share Sound or Optimize for video if needed
Click Share
To stop sharing, click Stop Share at the top of the screen
On mobile, tap Share Content and select what you want to share
If prompted, allow screen recording or display permissions on your device
