Open Zoom and sign in
Click your profile picture
Go to Settings
Select Backgrounds & Effects
Choose Blur
Join or start a meeting
If needed, click the arrow next to Start Video
Select Choose Virtual Background
Select Blur
Ensure your device supports the blur feature
Update Zoom if Blur is not available
