Select the cell or range you want to move
Right-click the selection
Click Cut
Right-click the destination cell where you want the cells to shift down
Click Insert Cut Cells
Choose Shift cells down if prompted
Click OK
Alternatively, select the cells below where you want to insert space
Right-click and choose Insert
Select Shift cells down
Click OK
