Open the PDF document in a PDF editor or viewer that supports signing
Select the Sign or Fill & Sign tool
Choose to add a signature
Create a new signature by typing, drawing, or uploading an image
Place the signature on the document
Adjust the size and position if needed
Add initials or other required fields if necessary
Save the signed PDF document
If required, apply a digital certificate or digital ID
Export or send the signed PDF file
