Wash the mango
Place the mango on a cutting board
Identify the flat pit in the center
Cut off one side of the mango close to the pit
Cut off the other side of the mango close to the pit
Score the flesh of each mango half in a grid pattern without cutting through the skin
Turn each half inside out to expose the cubes
Slice or cut the cubes off the skin
Cut any remaining flesh from around the pit
