Import the video into Premiere Pro
Drag the clip onto the timeline
Select the clip
Open the Effects panel
Search for Warp Stabilizer
Apply Warp Stabilizer to the clip
Wait for Premiere to analyze the footage
Adjust Smoothness if needed
Change Framing settings if needed
Preview the stabilized clip
Render the sequence if playback is choppy
Export the finished video
