Import your video into Premiere Pro
Place the clip on the timeline
Select the clip
Open the Effects panel
Search for Warp Stabilizer
Drag Warp Stabilizer onto the clip
Wait for Premiere Pro to analyze the footage
Adjust the Smoothness setting if needed
Change Method if necessary
Preview the stabilized video
Render the timeline if playback is choppy
Export the final stabilized video
