Open the Phone app
Dial the carrier’s call forwarding cancel code
Press Call
Wait for the confirmation tone or message
Check your phone settings
Go to Call settings
Open Call forwarding
Turn off all forwarding options
Save the changes
Restart your phone
Contact your carrier if forwarding is still active
