Open the MyJio app
Go to JioTunes
Select Deactivate or Stop JioTune
Confirm the deactivation
Send STOP to 56789 from your Jio number
Follow the SMS instructions to confirm
Dial 155223 from your Jio number
Choose the option to deactivate JioTune
Use the JioTunes section in the JioSaavn or MyJio app
Remove or deactivate the active tune
If needed, contact Jio customer care at 198 or 199
Ask them to deactivate Jio Caller Tune
