Press Ctrl + Windows + Enter
Press Windows + Ctrl + Enter again
Go to Settings
Select Accessibility
Select Narrator
Turn Narrator off
Press Caps Lock + Esc
Press Windows + R
Type `narrator`
Press Enter
Turn Narrator off in the window
Open Task Manager
End the Narrator process
Restart the computer if it stays on
