Press the Star button on your Roku remote
Select Accessibility
Turn off Screen Reader
If Screen Reader is not listed, go to Settings
Select Accessibility
Select Screen Reader
Turn Screen Reader Off
If audio descriptions are on, go to Settings
Select Accessibility
Select Audio Guide or Audio Description
Turn it Off
If the remote is talking, press the Star button four times quickly
Restart the Roku device after changing the settings
