Turn off location sharing in the app you used to share it
Disable location access for that app in your phone settings
Turn off Find My / Find My Device sharing if enabled
Stop sharing your live location in messaging apps
Remove specific people from location-sharing lists
Set location permissions to “Never” or “Ask Next Time”
Turn off precise location if you want less accuracy
Disable background location access
Turn off location services entirely
Sign out of the account used for sharing location
Change your device password and account password
Check for family-sharing or device-sharing settings
Review connected devices and remove unknown ones
Restart the phone after changing settings
Test that location sharing is off by checking the app settings
