Wash your feet daily and dry them completely
Change socks every day, or more often if they get sweaty

Rotate shoes and let each pair dry fully between wears

Sprinkle baking soda inside shoes overnight
Use shoe deodorizing sprays or powders
Place shoes in a well-ventilated area after use
Wash washable shoes according to the care label
Clean the inside of shoes regularly
Replace old insoles with new ones

Wear shoes that fit properly and allow airflow
Avoid wearing the same pair every day
Keep feet dry with foot powder if needed
Treat athlete’s foot or other foot infections if present

Freeze shoes in a sealed bag for several hours if appropriate for the material
Use activated charcoal odor absorbers inside shoes
