Sort out damaged, moldy, or crushed berries
Do not wash until ready to eat
Store in a breathable container or original clamshell
Line the container with a paper towel to absorb moisture
Keep refrigerated
Place in the coldest part of the fridge, not the door
Avoid sealing in airtight containers if moisture is trapped inside
Wash gently just before eating or using
Freeze for longer storage
Spread on a tray to freeze first, then transfer to a freezer bag
Remove as much air as possible before freezing
Label and date the freezer container
