Wash the celery thoroughly
Dry the celery completely with a clean towel or paper towels
Wrap the celery in aluminum foil
Place the wrapped celery in the refrigerator crisper drawer
Keep it away from ethylene-producing fruits and vegetables
Rewrap with fresh foil if the foil becomes wet or damaged
Use within 1 to 2 weeks for best freshness
