Pat the celery completely dry
Wrap the celery tightly in aluminum foil
Place the wrapped celery in the refrigerator crisper drawer
Store it away from fruits that release ethylene gas
Rewrap with fresh foil if the foil becomes wet or damaged
Use within 1 to 2 weeks for best freshness
