Trim the stems
Rinse gently if needed
Pat completely dry
Wrap in a slightly damp paper towel
Place in a plastic bag or airtight container
Store in the refrigerator
Keep away from excess moisture
Change the paper towel if it becomes wet
For longer storage, freeze mint leaves in ice cube trays with water or oil
Avoid storing bruised or wilted leaves with fresh ones
