Trim the stems
Rinse the parsley gently
Shake off excess water
Pat dry with a paper towel
Wrap the parsley loosely in a slightly damp paper towel
Place it in a plastic bag or airtight container
Store it in the refrigerator crisper drawer
Change the paper towel if it becomes wet
Alternatively, place the stems in a jar with a little water
Cover the leaves loosely with a plastic bag
Refrigerate and refresh the water every few days
