In most apps, select the text you want to superscript
Press Command + Shift + Plus (+)
In Microsoft Word, use Command + Shift + Plus (+)
In Google Docs, use Command + Period (.) for superscript
In Pages, choose Format > Font > Baseline > Superscript
In some apps, use the Font menu and select Superscript
