Turn off the headphones
Put the headphones into pairing mode
Turn on Bluetooth on your device
Select the JLab headphones from the Bluetooth list
If they do not connect, forget the device and try pairing again
If using true wireless earbuds, place both earbuds in the case
Take both earbuds out together to sync them
If one earbud is not syncing, reset the earbuds
Follow the JLab reset steps for your model
Re-pair the headphones after resetting
