Return the item to the store with the receipt and ask staff to remove the tag
Contact the retailer’s customer service if you cannot return in person
If the tag was not removed at checkout, bring proof of purchase to the store
Do not force, cut, or tamper with the tag
If the tag is damaged or leaking, keep it away from skin and contact the store immediately
