Female kittens usually have the openings closer together
Female kittens usually have a vertical slit below the anus
Male kittens usually have more space between the openings
Male kittens usually have a round opening below the anus
Male kittens may show a slight bulge between the openings as they grow
Compare with a clear reference photo if needed
