Hold the frisbee level with your thumb on top and fingers underneath
Stand sideways to your target with your throwing shoulder back
Keep your wrist firm and your elbow slightly bent
Pull the frisbee across your body in a smooth motion
Step forward with your lead foot as you throw
Snap your wrist at release
Release the frisbee flat and level
Aim slightly to the side if you want it to curve
Follow through with your arm after release
Practice adjusting angle, speed, and spin
