If you feel nauseated from alcohol, stop drinking immediately.
Sip water slowly.
Sit upright or lie on your side.
Avoid more alcohol, drugs, or sedatives.
Eat something bland only if you can keep it down.
Get fresh air and rest.
If you may have alcohol poisoning, call emergency services now.
Signs of alcohol poisoning include confusion, trouble staying awake, slow or irregular breathing, seizures, bluish or pale skin, or repeated vomiting.
Do not leave the person alone if they are very drunk or vomiting.
If they are unconscious but breathing, place them on their side.
If they are not breathing normally, start CPR and call emergency services.
