Visit the EPFO Member e-Sewa portal
Log in with your UAN and password
Go to the “Online Services” section
Select “Track Claim Status” or check the claim status under passbook/claim history
Use the UMANG app and log in with your UAN
Open the EPFO services section in UMANG
Select “Track Claim Status”
Check the SMS updates sent to your registered mobile number
Check the email updates sent to your registered email ID
Contact the EPFO helpdesk if the status is not updating
Keep your UAN, PF account details, and claim reference number ready
